Liquidation and insolvency

1. Preparation and submission of application for the liquidation or insolvency of the company;
2. Representing the interests of Creditor or Debtor on meetings, creditors' meetings, in Court;
3. Representation of the company being liquidated in all public institutions;
4. Appealing to the court on decisions of meetings / meetings of creditors;
5. Fulfilling the duties of a liquidator or administrator of the enterprise.
