Insolvency of individuals

Since November 1, 2010 the new Law on Insolvency came into force , which provides a simplified process of insolvency of individuals.

What we offer:

1. Consultations on the possibility of insolvency proceedings;
2. Drawing up of an application to the Court, in order to recognize a person as insolvent;
3. Drawing up a plan to sell the debtor's property;
4. Drawing up a plan to repay the debtor's obligations.

The consequences of the excitation of the process of insolvency of an individual:

(A) All executive actions by Creditors against the Debtor are being stopped;
(B) The eviction of the Debtor is stopped;
(C) After the sale of the Debtor's property, the remaining debt is paid off;
(D) The Debtor comes out of this process without of all his debts and obligations.
